The care and time the painter & decorator takes when painting is something else, leaving a very high quality finish!
we currently have some of Frankie’s fairies come in once a month to do a deep clean for us, seen as we are now relatively old. They do a great job and are very sweet.
We also have our beds changed fortnightly and our ironing done on an ad hoc basis. We have a great service every time!

Frankie's idea..
Hi!! I am Frankie, a mum to 4 beautiful children, we have a daughter and 3 boys. After many years trying to find a 'proper' job that worked around my family, I tried and couldn't quiet find the right thing. So I decided to start a befriending, household help and cleaning company to assist others in my local community. Now I am proud to offer those plus much more and you have the pleasure of just sitting back and relaxing while we do all the leg work for you.
We are highly experienced in residential & commercial cleaning as well as social media management for small businesses, handy man services, ironing & weekly shopping services and much much more
I am trying to give as much opportunity for people to work, sourcing regular and one off cleans and giving experienced cleaners work that suits them!
Most of our ad hoc teams are parents or young people who cant get to and from their cleans, we have adapted a way to be able to assist them to get back earning some money and growing themselves and their families while also being able to guarantee your clean will go ahead weekly and by the same person each time.
We are insured and all ad hoc cleaners are put on a trial prior to joining the ad hoc team fully!

An ICP (individual cleaning plan) is the agreement made between F.E.Services and our residential customers including any additional or one of services like, toy room organisation or kitchen reorganisation. It basically outlines what our customer personally expects and what F.E.Services promise to provide.

We have a team of fairies in the school, sometimes they are there for a few hours while we are all there which is a nice and they are very respectful to students and staff, they are all really good at their job, most of the time they come in after school time but you can always tell when they have been! My favourite thing is the smell when I walk in the following day, I don’t know what product they use in our staff room but it is just sensational!

Our office cleaner is great, we never meet on a day to day basis but we catch up once a month and just check over our Commercial Cleaning Plan. It’s a very good and affective way of communication between staff and cleaner. The desks are always spot on but mainly the bathrooms have maintained a freshness we just haven’t found with previous large chain companies.
